Muhammed ‘King Mo’ Lawal defeated Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson in the main event.
The heavyweight rematch headlined Bellator 175 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois.
‘King Mo’ Lawal avenged his 2014 loss to ‘Rampage’, taking a unanimous decision. Evening up the score, a win apiece. Using a clinch-heavy and takedown attack for the better part of rounds one and three. Both men showed mutual respect after the judges ruling.
Emmanuel Sanchez wins in the co-main event and Sergei Kharitonov scores highlight reel Knockout.
Sanchez proved once again why he’s a top featherweight contender. Dominating former Bellator bantamweight champion, Marcos Galvao in route to a unanimous decision victory. Also, Pride FC veteran Kharitonov bounced back from a brutal KO loss with his own devastating uppercut knockout of Chase Gormley in the first round.
